For every watch movement service or overhaul includes:

Disassemble case and inspect
Disassemble watch movement
Inspect for damage and wear
Replace worn or damaged parts as necessary
Ultrasonically clean parts
Reassemble movement checking for proper spacing and end shake
Using several lubricants and grease to properly lubricate movement as per factory specs
Check operation and functions
Check time rate using a digital timing machine in several positions
Polish case and bracelet & re-texture as needed
Replace seals
Water test to factory specs
Place watch on tester/winder to check automatic function if necessary
